 What are the check in and check out times?
Guests are requested to check in from 2pm to 11pm. After 11pm a 15% surcharge will apply. Check out is at 10am. Please also state the time you arrive in Rome when you book a room.

Three rooms have en suite bathrooms, while the fourth has facilities in the corridor.
Are the rooms air-conditioned?
No, there are fans.
Does the bed and breakfast have a lift?
No, on the first floor, there is not a lift stop

We have colour TVs in all rooms.

There is the possibility of connecting to the internet in the office

There is a car rental just a few minutes walk.
Which is the nearest railway station?
The nearest railway station is San Pietro at around 5-10 minutes walk, and Termini Central station is six stops on the metro.
Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English, German, and Italian are all spoken at the reception.

A breakfast served to you in your room is included in the price.

The price is per room whether single, double, triple or quadruple.
When do we pay the bill?
The bill can be settled on arrival.

All our rooms only have windows.

No, we don't have a swimming pool.

There are nearby private garage facilities.
How far away are the Airports?
Both Leonardo Da Vinci and Ciampino airports are around twenty-five to thirty kilometers away, or about half an hours drive. There is a new set taxi tariff of €30 (Ciampino) and €40 (Fiumicino).
How far away are the nearest bus and metro stops?
We have a bus stop twenty meters from the us and the metro is 1 minutes walk.
Do you have a gym or fitness centre in the hotel?
No.
