Guests are requested to check out is before 11.00 allowing
our new guests to check in at 13.00.

Three rooms have en suite bathrooms, while the fourth has
facilities in the corridor.

We are on the first floor and have a lift.

The nearest railway station is San Pietro at around 5-10 minutes
walk, and Termini Central station is six stops on the metro.

English, German, and Italian are all spoken at
the reception.

The price is per room whether single, double, triple or quadruple.

The bill can be settled on arrival or departure as preferred.

No, we don't have a swimming pool.

There are nearby private garage facilities.
How far away are the Airports?
Both Leonardo Da Vinci and Ciampino airports are around twenty-five
to thirty kilometers away, or about half an hours drive. There
is a new set taxi tariff of €30 (Ciampino) and €40
(Fiumicino).
How far away are the nearest bus and metro
stops?
We have a bus stop twenty meters from the us and the metro
is 1 minutes walk.
Do you have a gym or fitness centre in
the hotel?
No.
Is there a restaurant in the Property?

Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from
my room/apartment?
